Athletic career
Sophia Campana , an Italian-American, began gymnastics in Colorado at the age of 3. In 2005, she became the Colorado FX Champion , and in 2013, she became the Level 10 BB National Champion.
At 15, she began her career in Italy, her grandparents' country, where she competed as an Elite gymnast for three years in Serie A1, and in 2021 she became the Italian UB National Champion.
Teaching
Sophia's life as a celebrity athlete began when she starred in Ginnaste: Vite Parallele on MTV Italy.
The opportunity to a leader for young athletes was her favorite aspect of this experience and it still her motivation, as now a worldwide Content Creator and Empowerment Coach.
