Athletic career
Sophia Campana , an Italian-American, began gymnastics in Colorado at the age of 3. Training 30 hours a week has made her an elite gymnast, the highest level of competitive gymnastics in the sport. In 2005, she became the Colorado Floor Exercise Champion , and in 2013, she continued her competitive career by becoming the American High Beam Champion.
At 15, she began her career in Italy, her grandparents' hometown, where she competed for three years in Serie A1, and in 2021 she became the Italian Parallel Bars Champion.
Teaching
Sophia's public life began with her participation in the program Ginnaste: Vite Parallele on MTV Italy.
The opportunity to be a Leader for young athletes was the most significant aspect of this experience and to this day the motivation that has driven and guided her in her role as Content Creator on social media and Coach at events.
