Gymnastics Career
Sophia Campana, American-Italian, started gymnastic in Colorado at three years old. By dedicating thirty hours per week to her passion, reached the Elite level; the most excelled league in the sport of gymnastics. In 2005 she was Colorado State Champion on the Floor Exercise, and in 2013 proceeded to win Level 10's US National Invitational Tournament on the Balance Beam.
She began her career competing in Italy, (her grandparents native country) at fifteen years old, where she competed for Italy's Serie A1 team in 2015, 2017, and 2022. During this time she also achieved her career highlight by taking the Gold at Italian National Championships on her favorite event, the Uneven Bars.
Her Teachings
Sophia became a public figure when the reality show Ginnaste: Vite Parallele aired on MTV Italia.
The show gave a glimpse at the incredibly tough and devoted lifestyle the Italian National Team gymnasts endured while striving to reach their dreams.The opportunity to be a leader for young athletes was Sophia's favorite part of this experience and is her motivation for pursuing her career as a content creator and coach at her Powerful Mind clinics.
